Kitchen Renovation

This new kitchen was designed for a family who had recently bought their new house. They loved cooking for their large extended family and friends, and wanted to be able to be connected to the rest of the house and outdoor spaces while preparing meals.
A compact work space with ample surface space for working was designed, laid out to be multifunctional and inviting.
The space was designed to have a compact work space with ample surface space for working. By putting the main sink in the island, with the oven behind, views are revealed through a new, large window while still maintaining engagement with the family inside.
Daylight is brought in through a glass door from a newly created, south-facing pantry.
